Terms of Use

Purpose
- AgenticosCore designs, deploys and operates governed AI agents over client processes, within the agreed scope, sources and House Rules. Browsing this site is also subject to these terms.
Proposals and contracting
- Prices, timelines, guarantees and commercial limits shown on the site are references of the current offer. The signed proposal and contract prevail when they state specific conditions for the project.
Delivery guarantee
- When the contracted offer includes a timeline guarantee, pauses caused by missing client access, information or approvals follow the contract. There is no promise of savings, revenue or any other outcome dependent on the client's operation.
Operational control
- Production actions, privileged access, money, data deletion or any other irreversible effect require the defined approvals. The Brake stops execution, and the Trail records the agent's actions.
Acceptable use
- Attempting to circumvent access controls, exploiting vulnerabilities, sending unlawful content or using the service against third-party rights is prohibited.
Property and data
- The client keeps their data and exportable records. Rights over deliverables, licenses and third-party components follow the applicable contract.
