AGENT SIZES

Agents of different sizes. Start with what fits your quarter.

Size determines scope, timeline, price and risk — from one spreadsheet task to an entire legacy application.

P

Task Agent

One task currently living in a spreadsheet, script or someone's head. It proves execution in weeks, not in a slide deck.

SCOPE
1 task, 1 input, 1 output, 1–2 systems
TYPICAL TIMELINE
1–2 weeks
PRICE
Setup R$2,997 + R$1,497/month

Boundary: Runs reversible backstage work autonomously. No customer, money or irreversible output.

M

Workflow Agent

One end-to-end process crossing the systems you already have, including systems without a mature API.

SCOPE
1 end-to-end process, 3+ systems, handled exceptions
TYPICAL TIMELINE
3–5 weeks
PRICE
Setup R$9,997 + from R$1,497/month

Boundary: Autonomous backstage work; external, financial and irreversible actions require approval.

G

System Agent

One legacy application goes offline after the agent runs in Parallel and reaches the agreed match criteria.

SCOPE
1 retired application, rule mapping, Parallel and cutover plan
TYPICAL TIMELINE
8–12 weeks
PRICE

Boundary: Parallel first. Shadow outputs are compared; cutover is assisted and approved by you.

XG

Agent Squad

Multiple agents orchestrated under the same House Rules, with a named owner and SLA. This is an operation, not a project.

SCOPE
Multiple agents, common House Rules, named owner and SLA
TYPICAL TIMELINE
Quarter by quarter, reviewed monthly

Boundary: Each agent keeps its boundary. Orchestration never weakens approval for irreversible work.

Frequently asked questions

Do you shut down my system in the first month?

No. Size G requires Parallel: the agent shadow-runs, outputs are compared and you approve cutover only after the agreed threshold.

How is size determined?

By five criteria: systems touched, data access, monthly volume, approval boundaries and whether output is external or irreversible.

Can I start directly with size G?

We do not recommend or sell it that way. A size-P or size-M agent must already be live.

How long until the agent is live?

A size-P agent typically goes live in one to two weeks. Access, information and approval dependencies pause the contractual clock.
