Processing roles
- AgenticosCore is the controller of data collected to operate this site and answer inquiries. In contracted services, roles depend on the real activities: when the client defines purposes and essential elements and AgenticosCore processes data under documented instructions, the client tends to be the controller and AgenticosCore the processor. The contract and DPA record the concrete case.
Data collected on this site
- Contact and Diagnostic forms collect name, email, company and the answers provided. This data is used to respond to the request, prepare the diagnostic and keep the consent record.
Legal basis and retention
- Processing relies on consent, on preliminary procedures requested by the data subject and, when a contract exists, on contract performance. Leads without a contractual relationship are reviewed for deletion or anonymization within 12 months of the last interaction; legal obligations, contract and defense of rights may require a different period, recorded per category.

- You may request confirmation, access, correction, portability, information about sharing, consent withdrawal or deletion where applicable. Write to [email protected].
Security, subprocessors and transfers
- We apply access control, operational logging and minimization. We may use infrastructure, consented analytics and messaging providers; the applicable list, processing country, transfer safeguards and objection channel appear in the contract/DPA or are informed before activation.

Incidents and changes
- When a relevant incident requires notification, the flow will follow applicable law and the competent authority's instructions. Material changes to this policy will be published on this page.
